Your first breathing space was out on Saturday but only in Danish. Sorry, However, never mind about the dates, you can start today and let your commitment last at least 21 days. So going beyond 25 does not really matter. Here comes 1 to 3 in one go.
1 December – Sit down in a comfortable position and in a space you like and find quietness in. You may want to lie down, that’s fine. Close your eyes and feel your breath and your body. Feet, legs, hands, arms, back and front of the body, neck and throat. Go deeper into the organs if you like.
Take three deep breaths and put on this music. It is lasting 18 minutes, no need to stay with it for that long if you have not got the time. Enjoy and be present.
