Susanne grew up in Scandinavia spending her time with horses. At 15 she develops a scoliosis and learns about acceptance. Her interest for nature, healthy food and nutrition leads her to study agronomy. In spite of the Polycystic Ovary Syndrome a successful pregnancy happens only by natural ways and yoga.
Susanne adapts her life to motherhood with presence, love, attention and conscience allowing nature to guide. The carrier takes over for a while but when the second child is born in 2009, a shift happens. From now on the focus is on yoga and the healthy life style. Determined to share her yoga experience, Susanne works with perseverance and patience to introduce yoga in the heart of Jerusalem. With love and compassion, she meets people where they are.
As for herself, the scoliosis requires an adapted yoga practice. With vini yoga and yoga therapy Susanne finds her way to body and mind wellbeing and she now pursues the studies with two excellent teachers.
Susanne is a volunteer in Wellbeing for all now Association. She wishes that the Association can help share ideas and skills to uplift and motivate each other to pursue and persevere a healthy life style and find wellbeing and satisfaction with ourselves, others and nature.
